Mountain interiors have always represented warmth, hospitality, and shelter, so we wanted to respect the aesthetic tradition of Trentino by going to use materials such as wood, marble, and metal as coverings for minimal and modern forms. Thus, the large central counter becomes the main service point of the bistro, cleverly integrated with appliances and specialized equipment for hot food and pastries.

We obtained a highly functional and equipped area that accommodates customers for a pleasant lunch break or for a speck tasting during an aperitif. The environment has been completed by a small ''forest'' of comfortable green seating, connecting the bistro with the magnificent surrounding landscape.
